02How does delivery work?+
Saunamo outdoor saunas are delivered on flatpack pallets by standard freight. You need clear truck access and unloading space close to the delivery point.
03What base do I need to prepare for Lumia Outdoor Sauna with Shower?+
The sauna should sit on a level, stable, weather-resistant base. Common options are a concrete slab, structural treated-wood deck or level stone paving. Saunamo can also provide a custom-built wooden deck as an add-on if you want us to handle the base solution.
04What are the electrical requirements?+
The customer brings a three-phase supply to the electrical cabinet at the rear of the sauna. Cable sizing, protection and the final connection must be completed by a qualified electrician in line with local requirements. Before delivery, the team also confirms the required on-site connections for the integrated shower.
05Can I assemble Lumia Outdoor Sauna with Shower myself?+
Yes. The models are supplied for on-site assembly with clear visual instructions. If you prefer, we can also help coordinate professional assembly.
